Move In/Out cleaning
We will make your apartment look like no one has lived there before.
If you have pets we will charge extra 5-10% of the final price. We can add up to 15% to the final price, proportional to the level of dirtiness. We are not charging parking cost! ALL ROOMS - Full surface cleaning of all rooms - Wet and dry cleaning of floors - Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture - Thorough kitchen cleaning, including: Cabinets (inside & out) Countertops Sink and faucet Stove, oven, extractor hood Refrigerator (if empty) - Full bathroom disinfection, including: Toilet Shower/bathtub Tiles and glass surfaces Mold removal ( if possible) - Cleaning doors, switches, handles - Dusting all surfaces, including baseboards, windowsills, shelves - Wiping inside closets, drawers, and storage spaces (if empty) - Garbage removal *Window washing available as an additional service Not Included in Base Price: - Cleaning occupied or furnished spaces - Washing used personal belongings (dishes, clothing, etc.) - Deep stain removal from walls or upholstery - Cleaning of windows - Moving of heavy furniture or appliances
