If you have pets we will charge extra 5-10% of the final price. We can add up to 15% to the final price, proportional to the level of dirtiness. We are not charging parking cost! KITCHEN - Collecting and taking out garbage - Washing dishes, pots, pans (excluding those with burnt residue) - Removing cobwebs - Cleaning and arranging kitchen inventory - Washing countertops, aprons, sink, faucet (descaling) - Cleaning cabinets outside - Stove descaling (including grates) - Cleaning tables, chairs, cabinet doors - Washing outside of range hoods, switches, and sockets - Exterior fridge and appliance cleaning (if accessible) - Inside radiators cleaning - Floor vacuuming and washing - Washing walls, floor, mop boards - Cleaning light switches, lamps BATHROOM & TOILET - Descaling and polishing plumbing - Toilet cleaning - Cleaning walls, glass in shower - Mold removal (if possible) - Mirror polishing - Cleaning washing machine exterior and under it - Washing towel dryers, tiles, floor - Cleaning vents, lights, doors, sockets CORRIDOR - Dusting surfaces, mirrors - Floor vacuuming and washing - Removing cobwebs - Cleaning door handles, decor - Washing doors, light switches, sockets - Vacuuming soft furniture if present - Cleaning baseboards, lights ROOMS - Dusting surfaces, mirrors, appliances - Vacuuming carpets, floors, soft furniture - Washing radiators, decor, light switches - Floor mopping - Polishing doors, mirrors - Cleaning furniture (exterior) - Bed linen change (on request)
