Post-Construction Cleaning

If you have pets we will charge extra 5-10% of the final price. We can add up to 15% to the final price, proportional to the level of dirtiness. We are not charging parking cost! ALL ROOMS - Full surface cleaning, excluding stretch ceilings and walls with a large number of stains (to avoid damaging the paint). - If furniture is present, we clean inside cabinets, fully removing drawers. - Remove construction dust and mix the residue from the floors.​​ - Entrance doors - Pipes and radiators - Sanitary ware (sinks, toilets, etc.) - Light fixtures - Interior doors - Walls (dry dusting only) Not Included in Base Price - Removal of household grime (grease, limescale, soap scum, etc.) - Cleaning used furniture and appliances - Dusting/sorting personal items (books, clothes, dishes, etc.) - Ceiling cleaning - Washing walls with many stains - Removal of epoxy grout ( for extra costs)
